About Oxford Forum
Oxford Forum was founded in 1998 by Dr Celia Green. It is an association of independent academics which seeks to oppose the various forms of intellectual and ideological bias which may be found in mainstream academia.
"Every society contains mechanisms for the suppression of original thought. In our own time, the primary mechanism is the professionalisation of academic research, which has led to the exclusion of independent scholarship and the marginalisation of any perspective that does not conform to the prevailing orthodoxy."
The Forum promotes freedom of speech and the pursuit of truth through its publications and research initiatives, focusing on psychology, philosophy, and the sociology of science.
